Alex Beard He

Alex trained with world famous Raymond Blanc for four years at his 3 Michelin star restaurant in Oxfordshire and went on to learn different styles under John Campbell in his highly acclaimed Michelin Star establishment.
A successful restaurant of her own followed with husband David, as did widespread recognition in Wales and beyond.
Alex went on to become a personal chef, Alex is now creating a regional franchises business for other talented chefs.
Alex also teaches regularly at Llanerch Food School, runs the national Your Chef business and still finds time to cook for her clients!
David Beard Business Development
David has worked as a Restaurant and Bar manager for several years (including the restaurant with Alex) From Cocktail barman at TGI Fridays to Bar manager for the Ha-Ha Bars all over England and Wales.
David now concentrates on pushing the business forward and forging new relationships and ideas for growth
Sam Beecham Client relations
Sam Joined Alex and David as a waitress 4 years ago and worked her way up to restaurant manager at their restaurant! Highly skilled and motivated, Sam now looks after Your chef is clients and makes sure the day to day running of the business is smooth and consistent.
Sue Worrall Nutritionalist 
Sue became interested in nutrition when her son James was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis in 1976. In caring for her own child and, as branch chairman supporting other parents of CF children, it became her quest to understand nutrition and how the food we eat affects every part of us, from our psyche to health and longevity.
Whist working with the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Sue had the opportunity to learn from the UKs top dietitians, Consultant physicians and health care practitioners. Since that time she has attended numerous lectures, seminars and courses, and holds an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine with distinction and is now completing a diploma in Sports Nutrition.
